The Directorate of Planning and Development Directorate (DoPD) works to ensure the aspirations of the Institute, goals and values are reflected in the day-to-day operations of the Institute by coordinating planning and development matters. DoPD executes and monitors the implementation of operational, tactical, and strategic planning and all matters about the Institute's development and resource sustainability.
Through that, the Directorate supports the attainment of the vision and mission of the Institute by supporting the Deputy Rector of Planning, Finance and Administration which is in charge of overall planning and development matters.
The objective of the Planning and Development Directorate is to coordinate all planning, investment and resource mobilization activities of the Institute.
