MAFUNZO YA WAHUDUMU WA MABASI YA MASAFA MAREFU NA MIJINI - DAR ES SALAAM

Chuo cha Taifa cha Usafirishaji chaendelea kutoa mafunzo kwa Wahudumu wa Mabasi ya Masafa Marefu na Mijini - Dar es salaam. Mafunzo hayo ya siku sita (6) yalianza siku ya Jumatatu tarehe 03.06.2024 na kuhitimishwa siku ya Jumamosi tarehe 08.06.2024 ambapo jumla ya washiriki 43 wemehudhuria mafunzo hayo na kutunukiwa vyeti.

Akizungumza na washiriki wakati wa Hafla ya Kufunga Mafunzo hayo iliyofanyika leo katika ukumbi wa Kituo cha Ukaguzi wa Magari uliyopo katika kampasi ya Chuo Mabibo jijini Dar es salaam, Kaimu Mkuu wa Chuo Taaluma, Utafiti na Ushauri Elekezi, Dkt. John Mahona 
amewaasa washiriki wa mafunzo hayo kuzingatia yale yote 
waliyojifunza ili kuleta tija na mabadiliko chanya katika vituo vyao vya kazi. Amesema

"Mkayazingatie yote mliyofundishwa ili kuleta tija katika vituo vyenu vya kazi"

NIT students participated in a one day workshop organized by Carter Center in collaboration with China-Africa Vocational Education Cooperation Alliance (CAVECA)

NIT students participated in a one-day workshop organized by the Carter Center in collaboration with China-Africa Vocational Education Cooperation Alliance (CAVECA).

The workshop was held at NIT main campus Mabibo Dar es Salaam on Saturday 8th June 2024 focusing on empowering students with knowledge on the importance of climate - resilient infrastructure such as flood plains, embankments and other systems to reduce vulnerability to climate -related hazards such as floods and landslides.

NIT NA MOI KUINGIA MAKUBALIANO YA KUSHIRIKIANA KUTOKOMEZA AJALI ZA BARABARANI NCHINI

Prosper Mgaya (wa pili kutoka kulia) na Kaimu Mkurugenzi Mtendaji wa Taasisi ya Mifupa na Ubongo Muhimbili MOI (wa pili kushoto) wakionesha  Mikataba ya ushirikiano kwa waandishi wa habari baada ya kuingia makubaliano ya kushirikiana kutokomeza ajali za Barabarani nchini, tarehe 4 Juni,2024.

Ushirikiano huo utasaidia kwanza kuimarisha eneo la huduma ya kwanza pale ajali inapotokea lakini pia ushirikiano huu utasaidia kupatikana kwa takwimu sahihi za ajali za barabarani kwani majeruhi wengi wa ajali hizi wanatibiwa katika hospital ya MOI.

NIT PARTICIPATED IN THE CHINA-AFRICA TVET COLLABORATION ACADEMIC EXCHANGE SEMINAR & OCCUPATIONAL STANDARDS PROMOTION AND APPLICATION AGENDA

NIT participated in the China-Africa TVET Collaboration Academic Exchange Seminar & Occupational Standards Promotion and Application Agenda held at Johari Rotana Hotel on 3rd June,2024.
The seminar aimed at providing a platform for exploring avenues to establish areas of collaborations between Tanzanian TVET Institutions with the counterpart TVET Institutions from China. The proposed areas for strategic cooperations include research, training, students and staff exchange, consultancy etc.

Maadhimisho ya Wiki la Elimu, Ujuzi na Ubunifu yanayoendelea Jijini Tanga

Bunifu za Chuo cha Taifa cha Usafirishaji  - kivutio Jijini Tanga Maadhimisho ya Wiki la Elimu, Ujuzi na Ubunifu yanayoendelea jijini Tanga yanazidi kushika kasi huku bunifu za wanafunzi wa NIT zikiwavutia watu wengi waliotembelea Banda la NIT katika maonesho hayo yanayoendelea katika Viwanja vya Shule ya Sekondari ya Popatlal jijini Tanga.

Chuo cha Taifa cha Usafirishaji kinaendelea kutoa Elimu na Ushauri wa kitaaluma pia kinafanya Usajili wa kujiunga na Chuo katika banda lao.

Tunaendelea kuualika umma kutembelea banda la NIT.

Endelea kutufuatilia katika kurasa zetu za mitandao ya kijamii na tovuti kupata matukio yanayojiri kwenye maonesho.

NIT has received two Cessna Skyhawk 172 aircraft for Pilot Training

The Vice-President, Honorable Dr. Philip Mpango has handed over two single-engine aircraft, Cessna Skyhawk 172 to the National Institute of Transport(NIT) aiming at sustaining Centre of Excellence in Aviation and Transport Operations at the Institute. Speaking during the inauguration ceremony held at JNIA Terminal One, the Vice President said in 2021, the Sixth Phase Government under the strong leadership of Her Excellency Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan enabled the NIT to enter into a contract for the purchase of two Cessna 172 Skyhawk training aircraft, single-engine from Textron Aviation Inc. of the United States. Dr.Mpango said the planeswill be used in pilot training – (Private Pilot License) which takes 6 months and Commercial Pilot License (CPL) training which takes 12 months. "The government has allocated funds to strengthen the National Institute of Transport so that they can provide training in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Flight Operations as well as Cabin Crew for TCAA Certifications. The goal is to produce enough human resources in the aviation industry who willserve in various airlines including the ATCL," Dr. Mpango said. He insisted: "In order to increase the effectiveness of the Institute to provide pilot training, in June 2023, the Government has enabled NIT to enter into a contract with United States' Textron Aviation Inc for the purchasing of another aircraft with two engines type Beechcraft Baron G58. The plane is expected to arrive in the country in the third quarter of the 2024/2025 financial year".
